They charge deposit in cash which is weird when they have a big sign claiming to be cashless. Front office got no common courtesies! When we checked-in our room had a drinking glass with a crack line, broken hand shower and a faulty dinning light ( took them two days to replace). On the first day, the bathroom floor mat was not replaced and left wet. We dinned at the restaurant but could not charge to the rooms!!! So this is not a proper hotel with 4 star hotel charges. When we checked out, (two rooms) they claimed that 3 hand towels were missing and they are charging us for the towels and glass that had a crack line. We disagreed and went back to the rooms to inspect ourselves. The towels were found in the room hidden behind pillow and kitchen cabinets. 1 towel could not be located. We took photos of the hidden towel, and spoke to the receptionist who was suddenly rude. She was arguing with us when, in the first place, the hotel staff were trying to cheat us or did or housekeeping did not check properly. Why were only hand towels missing ( because it easily chargeable and most tourist would not mind paying). Therefore the cash deposit of €2000baht each room. Caution to all tourist and travellers, by all cost avoid this hotel which otherwise has ok room but very far away from any proper food outlets or attractions!!! It is a very human when the hotel receptionist shouts at the guest and treats us like someone who had stolen 1peice hand towel!

i have to delete and rewrite my review because the response from the manager on my previous review had my full name written. No idea what is your intention of doing so? Don’t you know it is private and confidential? and how it is WRONG to do that especially ONLINE? Edit : i did went down on the night of 13th January and spoke to the front desk. and he did nothing, so on the 14th january i came down again around 3am and didnt speak to him anymore because obviously i tried the day before but NOTHING was done. you obviously didn’t do your investigations right. Original Review: i’ve travelled solo several times and this is the first time i’ve ever experienced something like this. i’ve slept in hotels alone and i have never felt this way. i don’t normally give bad reviews but this is for my fellow solo travellers. DO NOT stay here. at around 3-4am my lights switched off and on by itself. i stayed in room 1012. i’m not sure if it’s a short circuit or some supernatural stuff. but i had very bad energy the moment i stepped in my room. and i trust my instincts no matter what. i went downstairs and tried explaining to the receptionist that i don’t feel safe and asked for early checkout and a refund. unfortunately they don’t. they don’t even bother asking me what happened and i slept both nights at the lobby because i am truly worried for my safety. all in all i didn’t have a good stay. unhelpful hotel staff and such horrific experience. otherwise if you still want to stay here, rooms are pretty big, they have a kitchen with a full size fridge. but the location is bad. far from everything. very isolated. but they have a rooftop pool, rooftop bar and a very pretty restaurant.
